"Left at 2am because the room didn't feel clean or safe. Ended up with several bites of ankles right after leaving and had to throw away all of the clothing id taken into the room in case of bed bugs."

"When I stay in this part of CT, I always stay at the Lamplighter. Every time I am there, Clean Room,Comfortable Bed. Good Air Conditioning, Everything Works, close to the highway, reasonable price, good restaurants within a quick walking distance, plus a fridge and microwave. I'll be back again in a few weeks."

"Clean, friendly staff. Everything was in working order. The breakfast... I skip, but not having a functioning coffeemaker stunk. The coffee in the reception area was same maker but worked - it's weak. So, plan on somewhere else for that. The fitness area is a half room with machines. I decided I'd get exercise somehow elsewhere. One of the elevators (of two) seemed to be out of order. It had a sign limiting ridership to 3 persons, but for all the times I was up/down, it was never available."
