"Breakfast was very good. The space for dining is comfortable. The 24 hour availability of coffee is very good, although we are used to having a coffee maker in our room at other motels. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Nice bed linens. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The one exception was when we had a question when checking out after our first stay. The manager, who was at the desk, had no idea how to tell us how to get to route 17. He said he just started working there. Seems to us that it is incumbent on the manager to know the environs of the lodging, and if not, find out the answer for us. "

"I've had such an awful experience with this hotel that I will never again stay at a building with "Fairfield" in the name. I booked this hotel in part because they had a pool, and did not see anything in the app about it only being open seasonally. When we arrived, we found out the pool was closed. We checked out without a half hour or so, but they would not refund our stay. I reached out to the manager, and she refused to refund the night because the hotel was fully booked.
