No kettle etc but David always makes sure you have tea or coffee freshly made whenever you want one. Lovely breakfast all fresh produce & everyone must try the breakfast trifle it’s delicious. "Lea Hurst is a fantastic place to stay , Quiet and secluded. The house is beautifully restored and the room was superb good views over the countryside,, Jen was a superb host and made us feel welcome in her home. Excellent breakfast and the canal path only 5 minutes walk through the garden. Good location for visiting all of the Peak District. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to return "
