"The rooms are clean and comfortable. But communication is poor. I booked a room through Expedia and selected a room with photos of a king bed and pullout couch. When I arrived, I was told that my room only had the king bed and was asked if I wanted to upgrade. I asked to change to a room with either 2 queens or a king with a pullout couch. Then they told me they were at capacity and had no other rooms, but they could make the change if I came back the next day. This same conversation happened...

"I stay at this hotel often. Expedia has a great breakfast Boucher in the amount of $56. The restaurant downstairs says that is open from 7 AM to 11 AM for breakfast. This past weekend I went downstairs at 7:30 the person at the restaurant entrance said the chef has not arrived that he is late and that will call my room when he arrives. This is now the third time that this has happened where the chef is not there at 7 AM. The food is excellent. "

"We've stayed here on a number of occasions visiting our Northeastern Student. This time was simply to visit the Museum of Fine Arts and the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum. Location is great. Walkable to a couple of restaurants. Above normal continental breakfast in the morning. Limited parking on the ground floor (you need to have your room key to access BEFORE you try to enter or you'll get stuck on a very steep incline with not many options to back out. "I checked in at the property around 5pm. I had reserved and prepaid for a one bedroom suite but was downgraded at checkout to a room with two double beds. They had oversold that room type. I still paid the same rate. The AC in the room didn’t work, it was running between 77-78 Fahrenheit during our stay. Overall would not stay here again. Front desk also prioritized phone calls over in person check ins, which is fine and I understand a rush…but it overall wasn’t worth the price. Stay a couple...

"For the price point and location of this inn I would say it is worth it. You can hear a lot of sounds through the walls and locks could be updated for safety. Overall, this is a decent option for travelers on a budget."
