A supernice hotel very close to the beautiful lake of Bacalar and the citycenter. Clean and big room, a nice pool and lovely staff to help you out.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff

We really enjoy the stay. The rooms were beautiful and the staff really friendly. We only stayed one night, but wish we had planned for more days in Bacalar. If we come back we will use same hotel again. Only minus was that the air con in one of the rooms doesn’t worked.

Great for a Quick Stop

We stayed here one night before our resort on the lake was ready. It was perfect for what we needed. Comfy beds, air, a nice patio for morning coffee, and two pools. Breakfast was great and the front desk was very helpful. Great location in town, close to restaurants and the fort.

The front desk attendant was delightful. Great breakfast cooked, darling location. I loved that they locked the gate at night so we felt safe. Absolutely loved it!

Very nice hotel

Cute hotel not far from downtown. Easy to locate with parking. Loved the breakfast but the kitchen staff wasn’t the friendliest. Receptionist was great and very helpful. Rooms were big and spacious. The shower pressure was not the best but I would def stay here again! Pool was very nice but closes at 8:00 pm.

Que tenga agua fría y caliente, para café o te disponible durante todo el día sin costo adicional, excelente que tenga, regadera, WC y lavavo por separado, además de vestidor, muy amplia la habitación, el desayuno incluído muy complejo y sabroso, el servicio y atención en recepción excelentes. Cómo observación sería conveniente que no pusieran música tan temprano para que no despierten a los huéspedes.

Nice hotel, great location

This is nice clean hotel in a great location. Good breakfast. Nice pool although we did not use it ad there were a few too many kids jump and habjng fun.

Très bon choix

Petit hôtel très mignon. Le personnel est sympathique. Les chambres sont spacieuses et les lits confortables. Le petit dej et la piscine sont un plus. L’hôtel est bien placé. L’espace petit déjeuner est un peu juste en terme de place. Le pommeau de douche est très entartré ce qui diminue la pression de l’eau qui n’est déjà pas folichonne. Attention car il est noté grands lits mais en fait il s’agit de lit en 140 et non pas en 160 comme le veut la dénomination de grand lits. Tout ça reste un détail. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel.
