Hotel was well located in shopping and lots of restaurants. Only complaint that I was aware of, gym access was restricted to afternoon and early evening which was too bad as it made it difficult to maintain fitness. Staff very professional, helpful and friendly

Hi recommend this hotel for a short stay for its convenient location. I love the hot bath and pool. But very disappointed when I booked last time without being advised that once I week they closed the amenities for reasons I don’t know what. I stay in without access to the bath or the pool. And even apologise for my disappointment. Well

Perfect place to stay if you want to have a bit more peace than the rush of Tokyo. About 20 mins on the train to get into the heart of the city. Perfect for events at the convention center and for parking if you plan to do a driving holiday in Japan.

Connected to Makuhari Messe (exhibition center) and Kaihimmakuhari station by a covered walkway. Close to shopping areas like Mitsui Park Outlets and Aeon Mall. Unfortunately, no convenience stores inside and hotel is due for a renovation, feels really old.

I am a first time traveler to Japan and Hotel New Otani was my first proper hotel that I have stayed longer than 24 hours besides The Royal Park at Haneda Airport which I had stayed only 6 hours after my flight from Bangkok….. I am impressed with the service, the attentiveness, caring, professionalism of the staffs and cleanliness of the hotel is top notch 🙏 I am definitely coming back next year! どうもありがとうございます

Room was very good for first impressions, later found a few things that needed repair ie grout in bathroom missing and badly stained in shower cubicle. Fridge door very hard to pull open hence fridge nearly fell out of its cabinet. Restaurant staff excellent ( only breakfast taken) ate in nearby facilities for evening meal. Would I stay again? Probably not for the price paid.
