The price was reasonable. But the heat is not good and the staff wakes you before check out time. No ice you have to buy but you get a bucket. And the door is not safe had to put chair to door cause somebody came to my door with a key but wasn’t staff said he had wrong room.

When we got there, they charge us 9$ more cause it was a total of $75 to stay there. Not the $66 that we had ALREADY paid on Orbitz. He said that THIS website has it wrong, and since we were already there and it was late,we just decided to pay the $9 and get the room.

It’s a horrible nasty place to stay they blankets & sheets and towels everything in the room was dirty used the floor was very dirty my feet got black the bathroom was old fashion and not clean it was all dirty stain on molds the bed was very uncomfortable pillows where nasty dirty of sperm and stain of salava I don’t recommend this motel! There don’t wash the cloths and sheets blankets

I had a stay at Hillside Manor for 2 nights. The room was not what the website portrayed. The sink was clogged. The toilet seat was broken. The room had no soap shampoo or lotion. The towels had hair on them. The lobby had no ice to offer the guests. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

I never even got to the room I’ll. Tried to have them just charge me for the room for the one night but didn’t I’ll had to pay for the room since I was still out of the state he was super rude over the phone then told me I can get my refund but when the Hotels.com call him he told them something different

I showed up to check in and the front desk asked me for $85 cash. I said I booked and paid through Expedia. He then seemed to get annoyed and said no vacancy. He didn’t speak English very well and just turned me away and sat back down to watch tv behind his bullet proof glass. It was late (3:00am) and Expedia couldn’t book me anywhere else and I slept in my car. Don’t book with this motel.

I had to switch rooms a couple of times. Because the outlet wouldn't work, the TV remote wouldn't work. I did not give my deposit back for a remote. The towels were not the best.
