I came in from Colorado to O'Hare airport originally from there stay different places a few different times come there quite often I decided that I was going to try to stay closer to the airport I don't even know what I was thinking honestly it was just a cheaper price biggest mistake I ever made
The toilet had dried urine on it when I got in the TV was broken and had a line through half of the TV that was like white and colorful
The fridge didn't work but I knew that walking up the stairs because there were a bunch of people that had bags of food sitting outside the door
The phone was broken and it was super cold outside so it was unable to complain the night of
I had things to do the next day that I could not be late for so when I came back to check out the next day I had informed them of some of the issues that were in the room and that I had took pictures
I was told I was going to get my deposit back to which they took my deposit accused me of damage and refused to hear anything I had to say.
This was probably one of the worst hotel stays I've ever had in my entire life I am insanely offended that they had the audacity to accuse me of damage in a room that the hotel was well aware of was present prior to my stay and it probably charged several guests on account of the fact that they did this to me
My message here is beware of this hotel because they definitely will charge you for damage that is already present in the room
