"We stayed in Room 103. The box springs were incredibly squeaky...I mean REALLY squeaky. Once you got settled in bed it was fine but even rolling over was a noisy experience."

"I could barely hear the staff checking me in he spoke so soft. The amenities were not in a convenient location. The location is right off the highway and the highway noise was heard all night long. The lobby does not look like the picture. the room was clean. The room was very dark and should have a nightlight in the bathroom for light at night."

"Bed was clean and very comfortable. TV and bath was fine. Room needs updating. Outside was well lit at night"

"Stayed here several times. Always excellent service and clean facilities"

"We stayed 2 different times within a week. Housekeeping was great both times. The first time when we checked out, a homeless person was sleeping in the lobby. The second time, the shower and toilet did not work well"

"For years we have been staying at the Hotel Bo on our annual snow bird trip to Florida. The hotel is always clean and comfortable. The downtown location is perfect for enjoying Chattanooga. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Thanks"

"Parking lot is shared with Waffle House and right at a major intersection so it is noisy all night. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, linens were clean and you could even smell that they were fresh. Plenty of room for boat and truck parking. Limited power outside to access."

"The hotel was great! And the area as perfect. The only things I can complain about are the “musty moldy” smell that the room had. And “bug” traps left to where your animals could possibly reach them."
