"Great location and even better staff! We had been traveling for two weeks and had the best night sleep of everywhere we had stayed. Clean room, clean shower, plenty of towels, and cold fridge. We'll be back!"

"This was a really nice place. I was concerned that it was so cheap, but it turned out to be a very pleasant, clean motel. I was happy to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room, and as a cigarette smoker, it was perk that smoking rooms were available. I would definitely stay here again if we're in the area again."

"Pretty clean, rooms were updated, lamp only worked with wall switch...but nothing major. No shuttle that we saw, but ubers and underground secure parking was good. Virtual kiosk was easy to use even for extra key cards...efficient and quick!"

"The staff was kind and helpful when our key wouldn’t work. Very kind. Our room smelt like cigarettes and porta-potty. Couldn’t close the bathroom door. The floors were sticky."

"Great location, the mall, Walmart, Sam's and numerous of places to eat all within 2 to 15 minutes way. The staff was really nice and helpful as we needed to checkin early and they were able to provide. I wish the pool could have been located inside, but a great place to stay. If I ever need to visit Douglasville again, definitely will stay here."

"The non-smoking room smelled terribly of smoke. There was mold on ceilings and bathtub was stained and soiled with a plunger sitting inside. We did not use it over 3 days. The Hannover the toilet leaked steady streams of water on and off. There was a shoe print on the ceiling? Beds were less comfortable than sofa beds and mattresses were stained. We slept on top of the linens and would not use. The outside smelled of weed and the pool was covered and non functional. Nothing like the pictures....
