"The man at the front desk was an amazing first interaction with this property! I was only able to stay for one night but I hope to come back and enjoy a longer stay with them as it was wonderful. They have everything extremely clean and well taken care of."

"Great hotel in Columbus compared to the rest of the area. I really liked the apartment-style layout. The room was nice and comfortable. The only issues were the thin walls and check-in. We unfortunately arrived after lobby hours, and the phone number we were supposed to call did not work. The issue stemmed from booking through Expedia or any other 3rd party, so it's not really the hotel's fault for the digital key issue, but it is their fault for not having a working emergency number to call. "While the cleaning staff was very helpful, the door to my room was open & the sheets were everywhere as well as trash on the tables. The host had to reassign me a room & in doing so the cleaning staff had told me my original room was ready. I had half of my stuff in my original room when my key code was no longer active for the room. Once again the staff was nice enough to use their code to let me into my original room, retrieve my things & go to my new room. I was unable to get into my room...

"Room was advertised by Expedia as having cribs and free breakfast. That is not true and def affected our stay. Rest on itself was awesome!"

"Perfect spot for family to stay together. Beautiful place close to lots of places in walking distance. Parking is little tight. I had a bit of trouble accessing my stay info when it came to check in but there is someone working on site who helped me with just a quick call!"
