Chinches en las habitaciones !!!

Llevamos varios años en esta zona de vacaciones, y hemos repetido alojamiento en los últimos 3. La ubicación es muy buena para nuestro gusto, cerca de la playa, buenos chiringuitos ( VaVa nos encanta ) y perfecto para dar un paseo a pie hasta la zona mas concurrida de la barrosa. Sabemos de años anteriores que las habitaciones necesitan una buena reforma y actualizar el mobiliario, no están acorde al nivel que se le presupone al hotel ni a los precios, pero aun así por la ubicación repetimos. Este año hemos estado en la habitación 238, donde tenemos la sospecha que deben tener alguna plaga de chinches, en la cama de matrimonio era imposible dormir. Comentamos el problema en recepción y nos decían que había muchos mosquitos en la zona, pero nosotros en la habitación no vimos ninguno. El resultado fue dormir 4 personas en las dos camas supletorias de 90cm que pusieron para los niños, hay "no llegaban" los mosquitos que se supone hay en la zona. De madrugada baje a recepción ante la incomodidad e la situación, no pude resolver nada, quedo en llamar la encargada de "Calidad" al día siguiente, cuando lo hizo ya nos habíamos marchado del hotel, su única respuesta volver a mencionar los mosquitos en la zona y que para una reclamación tenía que ser presencial cuando ya sabía que habíamos dejado el hotel. NO volveremos a este alojamiento por la nefasta respuesta al problema.

Super service, men slitt tilstand på leilighet.

Personell og ansatte yter super service, hyggelige og behjelpelige. God plassering på hotell, men tilstanden på leiligheten(e) er ikke opp til dagens standard. Kjøkken var i dårlig forfatning og kjøkkenutstyr var sparsommelig. Generelt var leiligheten godt brukt og på overtid i forhold til behov for oppgradering.

Las habitaciones están cómodas. Tienen aire acondicionado que estaba dañado, llamamos y se había ido el técnico tuvimos que esperar al día siguiente y por solucionó. Aunque pasamos mala noche por el calor. La zona de piscina está muy bien. La zona de comidas muy bien organizada y la comida rica, nada espectacular.. Hay muchísimas plazas de aparcamiento pero suele estar bastante lleno. Mejor reservar si no quieres perder tiempo. A la playa le llegas por un camino de 200metros. Una playa muy bonita y refrescante

Está en muy buena zona y los empleados estupendos, el buffet está bien es variado, aunque a ciertas horas se forman colas para entrar al comedor.... Nosotros no somos muy delicados pero la habitación necesita un repaso, estaba desfasado y deteriorado,.. eso te da una estancia agridulce... por lo demás bien... Espero que se pongan las pilas en ese aspecto

El trato con el personal del hotel es muy bueno. Las instalaciones podrían estar mas actualizadas pero son cómodas y están bien atendidas

Los apartamentos estan bien en general. Basicos pero limpios. Aire acondicionado excelente, cocina para comidas sencillas. Aparcamiento en el hotel carisimo y fuera complicado aunque terminas aparcando.

Apartamento de una habitación para cuatro muy cómodo y espacioso. Nos facilitaron una cama supletoria junto al sofá cama para estar más cómodos 4 adultos. Las instalaciones muy buenas, check in y check out rápidos y buena atención. Lo mejor de todo el desayuno buffet, espectacular, muy completo y variado, al nivel de un 4 estrellas, bien surtido y organizado. Volveremos seguro.

Bonito entorno

Un entorno fabuloso. La playa a 200m. Del bufet diremos que bien para un tres estellas. El personal muy amable. Eche de menos un TV en el dormitorio.Por lo demas mi nota es un bien.

Agradable estancia

Buena estancia, personal muy amable, bufet de desayuno increible, merece la pena sin duda. La situacion respecto al acceso de la playa es muy buena y cercana. El apartamento sin lujos ni detalles de decoracion, pero perfectamente correcto, limpio y con suficiente equipacion y espacio para poder acomodar el equipaje que siempre es muy importante, buena climatizacion, el baño correcto, en cuanto a equipacion y a encimera para poder colocar los enseres.

Los apartamentos están muy bien situados de la playa cinco minutos andando. El apartamento esta bien en general, pero la cocina deja mucho que desear es muy básica, echamos en falta un escurridor de platos, un estropajo y detergente para limpiar la vajilla, la nevera es pequeña. Las almohadas del dormitorio son muy planas. Otro problema fue al llegar al complejo en Julio, sábado 15h. no tenían sitio en el parking del complejo, 19 € por día, y en el exterior estaba lleno, dejamos el coche a diez minutos andando del complejo después de estar dando vueltas durante mas de media hora por la zona, para encontrar aparcamiento, fue una desesperación...

BASTANTE BUENO

En general, está bastante bien. Muy limpio y la ubicación es perfecta. Mejoraría el chek-in , ya que nos hicieron esperar bastante tiempo para registrarnos. Nos gustó mucho y repetiremos cuando volvamos.

Estancia muy agradable

No conocíamos estos apartamentos y nos han gustado mucho. Nos tocó un apartamentos que daba a un jardín sin ruidos, entiendo que también por las fechas, es mas normal la tranquilidad. El apartamento en perfecto estado, muy cómodo. Para mi la mejor valoración sin duda se la lleva el servicio. Personas muy cercanas y siempre intentando ayudar y haciendo que tu estancia sea lo mejor posible y siempre con una sonrisa, da gusto.
