"Fantastic stay at a beautiful hotel. The rooms are massive, especially for European standards. Great air conditioning and centrally located location. The front desk attendant was extremely nice and very helpful. She told us of a bus to the airport, which saved us a lot of money. "

"Fantastic rooms with balconies overlooking the main street in Palermo. The room and facilites were very clean, coffee, tea and pastries offered complimentry in a communal area. If driving into the city a permit is required for the ZTL Zone, this was arranged free of charge by the hotel. Street parking in blue bays only €1 per hour, free 8pm - 8am and free 2pm - 4pm if a parking spot is available, we got lucky and parked directly below the property for 3 days. "The property couldn’t be more convenient. It is right in the Via Maqueda, the central tourist hub of Palermo. Thus, it is easily walkable to all of the city’s main highlights. The manager, Gabrielle, is a sweetheart!"

"Modern accommodation in an ideal location. Within a few steps you’re on Via Maqueda, a lively street with many restaurants and shops. Incredibly walkable but be advised the surrounding streets are cobble/stone in case you are wheeling luggage’s or requesting a ride share. It may be that you need to walk to the nearest street. "Convenient location. Definitely a walk up. If you book a room on the third floor, there are 71 steps up. Hosts are friendly and the room is clean. The true star of this location is the little lady who runs the breakfast (and also does the housekeeping). SHe always looked happy to see the guests, greeting everyone with a smile and remembering names. She keeps the breakfast area clean and well stocked. The view from the terrace area where the breakfast is served is fabulous."

The main foyer leading up to the reception and rooms can be dark in the day time as internal lights were off, but that is a minor point.
