"Fantastic rooms with balconies overlooking the main street in Palermo. The room and facilites were very clean, coffee, tea and pastries offered complimentry in a communal area. If driving into the city a permit is required for the ZTL Zone, this was arranged free of charge by the hotel. Street parking in blue bays only €1 per hour, free 8pm - 8am and free 2pm - 4pm if a parking spot is available, we got lucky and parked directly below the property for 3 days. "Modern accommodation in an ideal location. Within a few steps you’re on Via Maqueda, a lively street with many restaurants and shops. Incredibly walkable but be advised the surrounding streets are cobble/stone in case you are wheeling luggage’s or requesting a ride share. It may be that you need to walk to the nearest street. "This is a lovely place to stay in Palermo. It is a great location, very close to the food markets and the key sites. We had such a warm welcome, as we arrived straight off the overnight train from Naples & they offered us coffee & breakfast. Also we were given our room early as it was available. The family suite with 2 bedrooms is perfect for travelling with children. Thanks for such a great stay & your hospitality!"

Initially difficult to find, driving in was a very tight squeeze with a mid-sized SUV, but once we were in, we found the office and gate no problem, and the staff were very helpful. I believe the owner's name is Guila - she is extremely accommodating, hard-working, and prepares a full breakfast with eggs, fruit, pasties, etc for all of the guests every morning.
