"The hotel is a former Palazzo. Everything about it is impeccable. The staff knows you by name. The food is excellent. The location is perfect, far enough away from the crowds but close enough that everything is within walking distance would definitely stay there again when I go back to (Venice)"

"The rooms are small in comparison to newer hotels. The staff were very helpful and friendly. It should be noted that this property does not have an elevator but staff will carry your bags. The hotel is in close proximity to a water taxi stand and train station. The area much like all of Venice has restaurants and shops everywhere. The breakfast is similar to a continental breakfast with some hot items available. All in all it was a nice hotel."

"We were very happy with our room, it was spacious and had everything we needed. It was clean, modern and beautiful with high ceilings and wonderful view of a courtyard leading to the grand canal. The location was perfect for us to reach shops and restaurants. We even walked to the crossing to San Marco in about 15 min. It was also easy to get to the hotel by taxi from the airport, it was only a 10 min walk from the drop off. The shower was nice and steamy with great pressure. No hidden fees or...

"This apartment was off the beaten path just around the corner from a small canal. We were on the 3rd floor, there’s no elevator, so that was a hike. View from the room to see the canal we had to stick our head out of the window and look to the right. The staff was extremely welcoming, a surprise of snack was a welcomed surprise! We loved our stay here. Would recommend!"

"This is not exactly a hotel, rather a “guesthouse “ with no kitchen, no breakfast or common areas, and desk staff just 8:30 am to 8:30 pm. However they were totally honest and upfront about all that at the time of booking, and gave me a phone number to call in case of emergencies. Room is clean, has everything it needs. Owners are friendly and were helpful when they were there."
