"Staff was great, a beautiful historic place with lovely staff and very nice rooms. Kevin and Pierre were kind and very helpful thoughtout our stay. Tricky to find though and you can't just pull up to the front door. Let them know when you're going for directions. Car is not a good idea in this very busy part of the city."

"This is a beautifully decorated modern hotel situated in an ideal location for sightseeing. The room was very comfortable and I appreciated the Dyson hair dryer. There was a great and varied breakfast buffet. The staff were polite and helpful. I would stay here again!"

"Room was nice. As described. Beautiful outdoor space, could use a little more comfy chairs to sit out there. Room was small but good. Twin beds have a shelf above them, not the best of using the beds, but good storage. Communication was great and they gave great instructions on how to find the apartment. Very helpful video to follow along to get to the door.. Only suggestion is to continue the video to show actual opening of the door. Door was tricky and the key (1 of 2 on keychain) had to be...

"We had a wonderful experience at the B&B Hotel Milano City Center Duomo. Everything was great — the room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious with a good variety of fresh options every morning. The staff was genuinely friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location is fantastic, especially for the price — just steps away from Via Dante, a short walk to the Duomo, and very convenient for getting around Milan by metro or on...

"Apartment ready before 3pm. Very nice helpful staff. Clean large aprtment, 2 bedroom, living/dining room, 2 bathroom, kitchen with fridge, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, terrace, washer/dryer. Easily fits 6 people. Excellent location, short walking distance from Duomo and major shopping areas and restaurents and subway stations that can take u allover Milan including the central station. "

"Our room was lovely and very large. The location was excellent, within a short walk of most of the main attractions. My only complaint is that it was very noisy at night until midnight or 1 AM. Every minute or two there would be a very loud noise that sounded like someone was throwing something heavy into a dumpster. It may have been related to the construction going on in the hotel. "

"This was a 5/5 on 9/10 ratings. Great location near M2 line and castle. Easy communications. Walkable city center in 20 min or less. The only thing that wasn’t great…ac/hear is a two pipe system…on or off. We stayed in spring where the heat is on and not ready for building wide cooling…So we had no air during our stay, but with windows open it was nice."
