"Staff was great, a beautiful historic place with lovely staff and very nice rooms. Kevin and Pierre were kind and very helpful thoughtout our stay. Tricky to find though and you can't just pull up to the front door. Let them know when you're going for directions. Car is not a good idea in this very busy part of the city."

"We booked the Duomo Suite, which is on the main level, and has a private patio area. The suite is spacious, quiet, with a large, white bathroom, two TVs and a sofa. They restock the fridge with complimentary soft drinks daily. The continental breakfast was great with lots of options, although they did not have salads; we got complimentary cappuccinos and espressos by request too. Hotel location was very central, within walking distance of all downtown attractions - La Scala, Duomo, Castello...

"Amazing location, amazing staff! The hotel has 5 floors, each with a suite and a hotel style room. The top floor has a terrace with views of the city. We walked everywhere during our stay. The front desk staff was fantastic, as was the restaurant. Thank you so much for a great first trip to Milano!"

"The apartment was massive and perfect for a family of 4. It was spotlessly clean and the location was perfect. 1 minute from the train station where you can get the express train to malpensa airport and then about a 6-7 minute walk to the tube. The area felt safe to walk around at night. We would definitely stay again"

"The staff were so helpful and attentive. We were able to get into our room a little earlier which was great as we wanted to eat and get a rest before attending the opera. The room was very comfortable and I had the best nights sleep in a while. Our continental breakfast in the morning was delicious. Staff were thinking ahead to when we were leaving Milan to travel to Rome in case the Winter Olympics was an issue for us. Room was clean, bed very comfortable and the slippers were really welcome...
