"Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by It’s Room Naples. The only issue I experienced was at checkin,. We arrived at 10:00 AM, when someone was supposed to be there, but no one showed up. We ended up waiting about 15 minutes before someone sent us the code so we could leave our luggage and get on with our day. That small inconvenience aside, the room itself exceeded my expectations.
