The location couldn’t have been better, with easy access to the metro, trains, and ferries for exploring Naples and the nearby islands, plus countless fantastic restaurants just a short walk away. "The property was hidden behind a quirky traditional door which opens in to a courtyard to gain access to the hotel.
Staff were friendly and on hand to assist with any help we required and also provided tips and information to make the most of our trip to to Naples.
The suite we stayed in had a split level sleeping arrangement which made the room spacious and the large window opened on to a Juliet balcony overlooking the busy street below.

"We drove from the airport. Did not know that GPS does not help in Old Town. Too often went the wrong way down one-way street and had to back out. Drove around and around trying to find the hotel. It’s down an alley with no sign on the little tiny street. Luckily, I inquired in advance about a parking lot. Without that name, we might still be driving around! "Extremely friendly, helpful and processional staff. Great location. Although in an older area typical of Naples, nevertheless the suite is very clean and spacious with sufficient amenities, and with our 4-person suite and lobby uniquely decorated with wooden antiquities of the recent past. Not to mention we’ve enjoyed a great breakfast sitting on the balcony overlooking a beautiful garden that has a huge turtle. It’s been a unique and interesting experience. Would come back again."
"We had a very nice stay at Apartamento Annunziata. The location is super - close to shopping in Via Toledo and Centro Storico. The metro station in Via Toledo is also close, which made it easy to get to Piazza Garibaldi/central station (and onward to Pompeii). The Bed and Breakfast isn't very noticeable on street level, but once you get to the 5th floor and above, you have a lovely view of the city. The terrace on the 7th floor, where we had breakfast, is very nice. We will select this place if...

"La Gemma was a beautiful place to stay. The host, Gemma, was such a lovely and hospitable person, making us feel welcome the moment we booked. She went above and beyond with our room and booking, walking us through maps of the area and events happening during our stay. She was also so kind and playfor with our 1 year old, giving her toys and making her a balloon animal. Breakfast was tailored and delicious. Overall a fantastic stay."

"Our family of four (two young children) really enjoyed our stay. The location of the B&B is very convenience, right next to the Università metro stop. You can access most of the notable sites with 10-15 min walk either direction. Lots of food options in the area. The B&B was nice and well stocked, clean, with lots of space. After a very stressful travel day, the staff tracked my train (to make sure I would make checkout cutoff) and were so helpful in dealing with the airport and helping me find lost luggage.
