"Great place"

"was a lovely hotel to stay in for a nice city break in milan also close to a lot of restaurants also easy to access the trams. The rooms were clean and the staff are very friendly. The only thing that wasn’t great was the breakfast, the food they had was nice but they didn’t not have much choice."

"Amazing experience from our arrival to checkout. The front desk staff and valet were so kind and helpful. I ordered room service for breakfast which was presented beautifully and delicious. Perfect location in Milan, in walking distance to the city's center, great shopping and dining. One of the best hotels I have stayed at! I would defintely return next time I am in Milan. I can't wait to go back."

"This is the perfect hotel for exploring Milan. It’s only a short walk or tram ride from the city centre and all the attractions, in a quieter part of town. The rooms are very well appointed and there is a fabulous breakfast buffet and restaurant, but what stands it apart are the incredible staff. They are so friendly, helpful and attentive, and nothing is too much trouble. We couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough. "

"The hostel is okay. Unfortunately they do not have AC and the wifi was not working while I was there and I needed to work. The staff could not help since the outage affected them as well. There was a large puddle of water on the room’s bathroom floor even though it looked like it was just cleaned up. I checked out 2 hours after check-in in and moved elsewhere."

"I arrived to Milan late and was greeted by hotel staff, offered help with my luggage. Room was beautifully decorated, quite large and had everything I needed for my one night stay. Restaurant on the lower level of the property had late night dinner option, staff was incredibly friendly, suggestions for my meal were excellent. "This was a wonderful classic hotel. The location in the center of the fashion district was ideal. It is beautifully adorned with marble everywhere you look. I would gladly stay here again."

"Check in was very easy. Andrea was very kind helpful and knowledgeable. Parking was 5 min walk. Location was fantastic. We were able to do laundry and use the kitchen for some refreshments. Air con was very good and needed during the heat wave. Bed was comfortable and shower was exceptionally. Definitely will stay again. Highly recommend.
