"Amazing experience from our arrival to checkout. The front desk staff and valet were so kind and helpful. I ordered room service for breakfast which was presented beautifully and delicious. Perfect location in Milan, in walking distance to the city's center, great shopping and dining. One of the best hotels I have stayed at! I would defintely return next time I am in Milan. "Excellent location for exploring Milan. Hopped on the metro blue line from Linate airport then a 5 min walk to the apartment. The apartment was spotless, everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Easy walk to the Duomo, the castle and the shops. Hosts were very responsive, easy to deal with and extremely helpful with recommendations as well as top tips for getting around. Would definitely recommend."

The kitchen is pretty bare bones but there are so many restaurant options nearby. We were a family of five in the apartment but they only provided towels for two. "The hostel is okay. Unfortunately they do not have AC and the wifi was not working while I was there and I needed to work. The staff could not help since the outage affected them as well. There was a large puddle of water on the room’s bathroom floor even though it looked like it was just cleaned up. I checked out 2 hours after check-in in and moved elsewhere."

"This is the perfect hotel for exploring Milan. It’s only a short walk or tram ride from the city centre and all the attractions, in a quieter part of town. The rooms are very well appointed and there is a fabulous breakfast buffet and restaurant, but what stands it apart are the incredible staff. They are so friendly, helpful and attentive, and nothing is too much trouble. We couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough. "

The place is comfortable for a family of 4, or was three of us and it felt like an apartment and not a hotel. It has a fully equipped kitchenette. The people are really warm and welcoming.
