"Room smelled smokey and musty. Furniture from 1952 was dirty and stained. Location was filthy,trash,graphiti,dangerous characters everywhere, a slum. Naples is a dangerous trash heap. Human and animal feces next to so-called eateries. Uncollected garbage piled onto sidewalks. Afraid to take Metro had to walk everywhere. Train station packed with loitering illegals looking for victims. Avoid Naples and this property at all costs."

Very convenient location which felt much safer than another place I stayed in Naples. Lots of action, but also police presence nearby. Very close to train, dining, shopping, and near the water. I would definitely stay here again."

"Lovely little bed and breakfast once you get up to it on the first floor. The ground floor and up the staircase there feels a little sketchy. The people here are very nice and we had a lovely chat with Andrea at breakfast where he provided helpful recommendations and tips. The room was spacious and had many amenities. One small thing - the day we got there, I pulled out a big fluffy blanket from the closet to use (there were two). The next day, after they had serviced the room, both were removed...

"Property needs updating. I like that they let us check in early. When we got to our room, there was old trash from prior guest, as well as hair in sink. Bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. There were ants in room and mini fridge was leaking. Location was good but overall wouldnt stay here again. "
