"We communicated with Angela throughout our stay and she was on top of things every step of the way. Our plane was delayed significantly and we arrived late. She let us in late at night. When asked, she provided very clear instructions. The room we stayed was nice with fancy lighting. Though we didn’t use, the kitchen area was nice, too. With multiple private codes to get in, we felt very secure to stay. "
