"The room was great. The beds are a little firm but much more preferable than too soft for us. There are 2 heavy gates to access the property plus the locked door to the lobby then finally our room so safety was never a concern. Our host communicated quickly after I had posed several questions and was even timely in her response when I had a question after checkout. "Located in the heart of the historical centre is great but lively. 1 night we heard loads of fireworks going off around the corner for 10 minutes for seemingly no apparent reason. It was also tricky to get to from train station. Metro was closed so we ended up walking. Even in a car, the area is not accessible. "Great hotel! Check-in was simple and straightforward. The building has an elevator, which was really convenient. Our room was spotless and felt brand new after a recent renovation. The bed wasconfortable. The bathroom was spacious and beautiful, and we even had a lovely view of Mount Vesuvius from our window. The location is handy, just a short walk to the train station.
