Non è propriamente un hotel, sono delle stanze in un piano di un palazzo su corso Umberto, come molto B&B (ma anche hotel) a Napoli. Si sente la mancanza di una hall. "The one employee I met was quite helpful, but the “smart” tv wouldn’t stream a single thing, I had to fix the tv myself in order for it to play anything on cable, not a single English Channel! They did tidy up the room during turn down service but did not replace the towels and the bed has no duvet just a woollen type blanket and a sheet. "Stayed for 1 night to make the transfer to the airport easier as had an early flight the next day. Good location only 1 metro stop from garibaldi. Good service, staff contacted me through WhatsApp to coordinate my arrival time for checkin. Weren’t able to but meet me but a guide was provided that made it easy to access the building without them being there, any issues you can just ring them up. Room has aircon which was a lifesaver otherwise would’ve been melting. "
