This is more like bed and breakfast as its family owned, and the apartment has belonged to one family for over 200 yrs. The location is a little bit hidden away, but it is excellent. There was no noise and we were literally a five minute walk from the Dante. There are several restaurant choices there and the metro station, which will take you anywhere. The museum and via Toledo are right there.

"We had a very nice stay at Apartamento Annunziata. The location is super - close to shopping in Via Toledo and Centro Storico. The metro station in Via Toledo is also close, which made it easy to get to Piazza Garibaldi/central station (and onward to Pompeii). The Bed and Breakfast isn't very noticeable on street level, but once you get to the 5th floor and above, you have a lovely view of the city. Walkable distance to the best eateries, the port and other sites. Metro is in the square too for further trips. Good links to the main station
The hotel staff were super friendly and very helpful.
Spacious rooms, with nice spacious bathrooms and big beds. Our room had two balconies and the best view of the square.

"This room was perfect for our stay in Naples. The main floor had a big bed (possibly a king), and there was a cozy loft with a daybed. We appreciated the abundance of hangers both upstairs and down, along with a railing for hanging clothes. The small balcony overlooking the lane below added a lovely touch of charm.

"This place was amazing, I really liked the room, the building was lovely. The area is very noisy but you cannot hear anything in your room at night, in general Napoles is very very noisy. Details in the room are great. Anthony and Rino were always available by whats. Tip: Move sensor in the room turned the lights off but you just need to sign in again and thats it. Thanks Napoles!! "This is an old Naples neighbourhood. From the outside building looks very old and a bit rough typical Naples. Once in the hotel lobby it’s a different planet. Very clean modern new rooms. Especially the host she’s very friendly helpful person who speaks good English. This place is right next to Naples archeological museums and about a 15 mins walk from old town coffee shops. "
"Hotel room was clean and modern. Housekeeping every day. Neighborhood was kind of sketchy but over the four days we were there found it to be safe and the people kind. Lots of close by restaurants and the taxi stand is steps away. I’m a lone female traveller with a young child so safety is my number one concern. "
