"Giovanni was amazing he went above and beyond all our expectations. We arrived without internet and he was waiting outside to escort us into the property. It’s a very old building he helped with the bags and did a wonderful walkthrough of the suite. Which was beautiful and very modern. When we departed he helped and carried our bags across the road and found our taxi and gave directions to the train station. All in all a 5 star plus experience. "

"Communication is absolutely terrible. Difficult check-in process, and the room we reserved is not what we got. Paid for early check in, but unit wasn't ready. Also the check-in office is several miles from your actual room, and you are on your own for transportation (cabs cost more than the room). They still have not refunded our deposit and they will only communicate in WhatsApp because that is not easily available for legal purposes. We now have to dispute the deposit charge because they have gone dark. "
