"Giovanni was amazing he went above and beyond all our expectations. We arrived without internet and he was waiting outside to escort us into the property. It’s a very old building he helped with the bags and did a wonderful walkthrough of the suite. Which was beautiful and very modern. When we departed he helped and carried our bags across the road and found our taxi and gave directions to the train station. All in all a 5 star plus experience. "

"Le Gemma was the perfect spot to stay to visit historical old town. Centrally located on Piazza Dante. Easy access to the metro. Gemma is a superior hostess. So friendly and helpful with suggested places to eat and visit. Our second time in Naples. We’d stay here again!"

"The rooms were comfortable and clean. The location of the hotel is very convenient as well (e.g. walkable distance from Archeological museum of Naples), and also metro station is close by. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Also the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful all the time. This is officially a bed and breakfast place, but the rooms and the very friendly staff made the experience very nice."

"Hotel is located just minutes off Via Toledo and is 5 minutes from Toledo metro. There are good access to restaurants and shopping. The room is extremely comfortable and the breakfast in bed is fantastic. The choice and quality of food is worth at least EUR10. Paola and the staff are very friendly and helpful."

"Das Hotel war toll, es liegt sehr zentral, sodass man viel zu Fuß erreichen kann. Die Zimmer sind großzügig, das Frühstück lecker und vielseitig und der Service wirklich geandios. Roberto hat uns schon vor unserer Reise kontaktiert,viele Tipps gegegen und z.B. ein Shuttle organisiert. Magma ist wärmstens zu empfehlen. "

"Ottima posizione, attraversando la strada c'è il Museo Archeologico, la Sanità dista 20/30 minuti a piedi (consiglio visita catacombedinapoli.it ), con atri 15 minuti si è a Piazza Dante e di li in centro. L'host Massimo ci ha trattato benissimo ed ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre richieste, la zona è tranquilla e il caos della città non arriva fin li, stanza pulita, forse un pò piccolina, ma la colpa è nostra (controllate bene cosa prenotate), colazione tradizionale sufficiente. "

"Primeiro de tudo, Claudio foi fantástico na comunicação desde bem antes de chegarmos na estadia. Depois, quando chegamos, nos colocou num quarto ainda melhor do que havíamos reservado. Quarto imenso, cama grandona, decoração linda, frigobar funcionando perfeitamente, assim como ar-condicionado e banheiro ainda melhor. Localização ótima, próxima do metrô e todas as maiores atrações de Nápoles. Café deixado no quarto é simples, mas satisfatório e bem preparado. Desejo muito retornar a cidade, e se...

"Friendly staff, great coffee in the morning. Room as described and we were very happy with it , location suited us as we like to walk everywhere. Would recommend. Also Naples has a bad reputation but we felt as safe as any other city. Don’t believe the hype "

"Alles proper, vriendelijk personeel, zeer goei ontbijt. Douche had beetje hoge opstapje. Voor de rest was alles uitstekend. Sam was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam 👌 toffe gesprekken."

"Lo que llama la atención es la entrada ya que es parte de un edificio y comparte la entrada, que como muchos lugares de Napoles son palacios antiguos y ahora le dan otra finalidad. Una vez dentro del sitio de hospedaje todo está muy bien."

"We had a very special experience since we spent New Year’s Eve here. The balcony is breathtaking and we will always remember the fireworks and NYE celebration and toast to the new year. Rooms are clean and perfect for what you need. Beds comfortable and hot showers. Staff is amazing and very kind, helpful and responsive.
