"We arrived late at night and with no instruction from staff as to how to enter the property it was pretty scary, given the neighbourhood. It would have been helpful to have been provided a gate code before check in to ensure we weren't standing outside of the property in the middle of the night for so long."

"This property is in an excellent location, steps away from the metro and shops/restaurants and cafes are all walkable. Although it faces into a busy square, the windows are soundproof and we weren’t bothered on a Saturday night with lots going on. The bedding is luxurious, and the room was spacious and impeccably clean. It was a perfect spot to stay for a night before hopping on the ferry to the coast. Will recommend to our friends and family! "Great Hotel to stay in Naples with a toddler and family. I booked two rooms Brazil and Singapore. Both rooms were very spacious!!! The beds were comfortable and the showers were great! The shower had great water pressure! If you have an energetic toddler the Braz room was huge enoough for them to run around if needed. "Location is good and close to the main attractions. A few things I would have liked to know beforehand… breakfast can’t be ordered too early, you can get it around 9am so we went to the local supermarket for bread, cheese and olives. Rooftop area is available from July so we couldn’t use it. Rooms are not soundproof. The owner is helpful"

"Highly recommend this hotel. Although in the centre of Naples it is very quiet. The only noise was delightful....from birds and children. The rooms and common areas are all well renovated and spotless. The bed was very comfortable with high quality linens. All staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. "Nightmarish to find and check in. Staff wasn’t there at agreed time. Another guest opened first of three gates/doors and let me in. Nobody was there, but sign stated that sign-in was 20min walk away, so off I went. Of course the main office was closed for a 3hr lunch. After ringing the bell for 20min, a man returned, opened the door, pointed to the “closed hours” sign, went inside and closed the door. The property is situated very conveniently near Via Toledo with a 5 min walk t the metro and only 20 mins to Centro Storico on foot.
