"The staff at Naplesuite make this place great. They are so welcoming, kind and helpful. It was a little difficult to find the entrance but the rooms were quite nice and had everything we needed for an overnight stay. The breakfast was delivered to our room in the morning and was really good. Great stay at Naplesuite."

"This hotel is more of a hostel…it’s clean and safe but there’s absolutely no frills. It’s located in a less desirable area so if you want a cheap place to lay your head down it’s fine but I definitely wouldn’t stay here for more than a night to catch an early flight. Concierge arranged transportation to the airport for us and even arranged for a boxed breakfast since we left for the airport early. The room was very spacious and luxurious. "Nightmarish to find and check in. Staff wasn’t there at agreed time. Another guest opened first of three gates/doors and let me in. Nobody was there, but sign stated that sign-in was 20min walk away, so off I went. Of course the main office was closed for a 3hr lunch. After ringing the bell for 20min, a man returned, opened the door, pointed to the “closed hours” sign, went inside and closed the door. "This is a truly unique property. It is in a working museum in a plaza that does not allow cars. So you will role you bags up the cobblestone to get to it. There was minor construction happening so the door number was covered and it took us some hunting to find the entrance. All of the rooms are on the 4th floor (which is the 5th floor in Italy) and it is a WALK UP with no AC in the stairwell or halls. But some really fantastic art along the way. We are fit, and they bring our bags up, but...

Einziger Punkt den ich bemängeln muss, war die Lautstärke und die sehr dünnen Wände/Tür. Insgesamt für Neapel aber nichts ungewöhnliches und ein gutes Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis.
