"The staff at Naplesuite make this place great. They are so welcoming, kind and helpful. It was a little difficult to find the entrance but the rooms were quite nice and had everything we needed for an overnight stay. "Great Hotel to stay in Naples with a toddler and family. I booked two rooms Brazil and Singapore. Both rooms were very spacious!!! The beds were comfortable and the showers were great! The shower had great water pressure! If you have an energetic toddler the Braz room was huge enoough for them to run around if needed. "Nightmarish to find and check in. Staff wasn’t there at agreed time. Another guest opened first of three gates/doors and let me in. Nobody was there, but sign stated that sign-in was 20min walk away, so off I went. Of course the main office was closed for a 3hr lunch. She even helped carry our luggage, explained in great detail how everything works and even gave us historic background on the building itself as well as great places to eat and offered to get us tickets and a private taxi to show us around.
