When we went back to the main lobby, we had to wait in the lobby for over an hour before the staff got us a room. They did not provide updates either. They just asked us to wait. Any update they did provide to us was provided in Japanese and they clearly knew that I could not understand Japanese. "It's a hotel in the mt. Hiko area. The room is a bit dated and requires a bit fixing, but overall it's a nice stay. The view overlooking the mountain and forest is great. "
