"The pool was outstanding plus the hot tubs. There are so many activities to do outside. The kids stayed very busy. Room was super clean and everything you needed. Everyone was polite. I had an accident at breakfast with the pancake waffle maker. The lady from the front desk came and helped me. She was amazing. She did not make me feel badly at all told me to sit down and enjoy my breakfast and she even bought me a fresh waffle I wish I had gotten her name. I know she was from the front desk, but...

"Hotel left guests stranded in their parking lot for 2-3 days after a snowstorm while other businesses cleared their lots the day after the storm. I have no doubt vehicles were damaged from struggling to get out - Mine was. For those visitors from years past, this is no longer the place it once was. When it first opened, it was fantastic.
