I wondered if there was some sort of problem in this room prior to my arrival because another guest staying there did not have this problem in their room. The six postage stamp sized pillows on the bed were a joke. There is NO drawer space in these rooms, and on my arrival there were only three hangers in the room. "The early breakfast hours (6-9 weekdays, 7-10 weekends) were helpful to me, and the staff there were pleasant and responsive."

"The hallways smelled horrible. Our bedding had stains and one of the blankets was ripped. During checkout the next day, no one was working at the front desk. I waited 15 minutes and called Comfort Suites customer service because I did not want a charge for late checkout. The representative tried calling the hotel and no answer."

"The furniture in the rooms and lobby was torn and stained. Bathtub stoppers were disabled and not able to bathe the children. Staff was not offer any solutions just stating under new management and renovation staff was very dismissive to the customer concerns. Observed staff do the same to other customers. I encouraged customer to write a complaint. Staff would not provide information to corporate. We came for the 4th of July our best ti.e was being away from the hotel."

"The property is very nice and great for a short stay. I’d give 5-stars but our ac didn’t work and there isn’t anyone that works the desk so we couldn’t report it. Right on the square and close to a lot. We will stay again."
