"Staff in kitchen were amazing,
First room toilet running , second room toilet seat cover broken,tv remote doesn’t work, the is no guide for tv, heat in room
Not working blows cold air . It was 20 degrees outside . "
"Place was packed. Pool looked but much too small for that many guests. In the room, the heater fan was incredibly loud to the point you could not sleep over it. Also had a foul burning smell. So slept with no heat all night. Pillows were small and not very supportive. Did not know how to turn shower on. Had to turn and pull out faucet after looking it up. Very old fashioned and should have at least been mentioned since not.obvious. Breakfast though was great and a major highlight"
Holiday Inn Express & Suites East Peoria - Riverfront by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"Everything about our stay was great. We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of dishes. The pool was always clean and stocked with lots of towels.
The cleaning staff did an amazing job. Every time I walked through the lobby or onto the elevator, it smelled and looked freshly cleaned.
"
"Not Marriott standards by any means. Rooms were not cleaned and not cleaned while we stayed there. Pool is tiny, even one adult and 3 kids and it felt crowded. Pull out couch fits one person. Best thing was the breakfast which does not say much. Would not recommend "
"Great service since the moment I walked in. The room was amazing and the breakfast was delicious. The monthly you walk through the doors you already know you will be having a great stay and experience."
