"Nice bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen. Very reasonably equipped, minus the fact that there was dish soap but no sponges to clean kitchenware. The staff were always very cordial and online customer service was reasonably fast. The lounge areas made the stay truly amazing. Small area for improvement: adding AC in the gym and paid/free soap dispensers for the laundry rooms."

"Timely communication. Entry to property was easy with clear instructions. Spotlessly clean and with everything you need. Just one comment, make sure you bring milk for your cuppa. Tea, coffee and sugar available but no milk. Ideal location as we wanted to visit London lights and markets. Leicester Square nearby and tube station not far.
