"Fire alarm sounded more than 20 minutes at 1 am for no reason, ridiculously situation where they couldn't act faster to avoid guests waking up long enough so we couldn't go back to sleep until a few hrs later horrible migraine due to the very loud noise"

"The hotel itself is great! Very clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were dark and ac worked perfectly! Great water pressure. The staff were all very friendly and helpful! My kids loved the pool. Breakfast was average. Plenty of parking spaces available. The construction on I35 is a nightmare."

"I was pretty disappointed in the cleanliness of the room and lack of staff. Breakfast was limited and very little. When i needed fresh towels or assistance from the front desk I would have to go down and get the items and still had to wait for a staff member to show up. It was definitely a convenient location for what we were there for. Would suggest updating the furniture and having an outside cleaning crew to do a thorough cleaning. Thank you"

"The hotel was okay. The pool was not really inviting. It quickly filled up with lots of kids. Not really big enough for the size of the hotel, and not particularly clean. The thing that I couldn't get past was that there is no drinking water in the room. At a quarter the price of this room, I expect complimentary water in the fridge. "The hotel room was clean. But I was surprised that cleaning service was not offered in the three days we were there. Also there was not shampoo provided nor conditioner either. The rest was all good"

The sofa bed was super old and you can feel every single spring. And on the king size bed it was also an old bed. You can fell the whole from where everyone has been in that bed for years. "Do NOT book!!! Horrible hotel!! We checked in and when walked in the room it smelled musty and humid, the carpet by the AC was wet. When I went down to the front desk and told them about it they came up to check it out and what I was told was “the AC has been running a lot because it’s hot in Texas” duh I live in Texas so I know. "The management went out of their way to make us more comfortable, once it was Available,in the same day, for my husband and his disabilities. Moved us from the 2nd floor to the first. The staff was friendly and always willing to give a supply if needed. A friendly and helpful environment."
