The staff went above and beyond to make our stay happen, even when we arrived late. We ate our breakfast outside in the courtyard which was idyllic. The food was gorgeous. "We tried many times to call OYO client services as there was no reception or staff at the hotel to get the door code to get in. I’ve lost more than 1h on the phone. Worst service ever!"

"Very helpful staff , breakfast was excellent with a wide range of choices all fresh. The bed in our room 5 was so comfortable and everywhere was clean and fresh looking. There is adequate parking for guests but it is on a bank and the road is very busy, it is difficult to exit from Tyndall. It is a 15min walk to the Forum for shows, bus station and shops."

"This is a very nice property close to the downtown in Bath. Although on a hill, we walked to downtown in about 15-20 minutes twice in 2 days. It was quiet, clean and offered a very good breakfast."

"Avoid. Room was small with bathroom way too big. Towels are tiny and bed too small, as is the TV. As for breakfast not much there at all. Forget brewed coffee, for your continental breakfast get your coffee sachet and add the hot water. There is a toaster with bread but make sure you are early to get a croissant. Found an orange but put it back when I found it was mouldy. Plates and cutlery hasn't been cleared from previous guests and they were still there when I left Staff not very...
