"Room was simple but spacious for our family of 4. It was very far from the main hotel areas though, and lifts being out of order between buildings made it incovenient with a buggy and luggage in tow. The bar and pool areas were lovely. The a la carte restaurant was a bit limited for kids and gluten free options, but was good to also have the option of the buffet style restaurant which was a better plan with children."

"The staff were so attentive and kind. My kids loved the treasure hunt laid out in the room upon arrival. Lego man visiting our table made their day. The playroom and sensory room are fantastic. We’d go back again for sure. "

"Very comfortable and clean. No automatic airport shuffle on site (there is an tube station nearby) - need to book from a stand separately. Booking uber is cheaper. Room was very clean but the fridge wasn't working. The shower is great - water does spread to the floor as it's not contained in the stall. The staff were very friendly and helpful (Jack & Pedro). All in all a good stay and would return."

"Had a King Deluxe Room with a View for 1 night. The view from our room was of the car park with trees in the far distance which wasnt quite the view I had anticipated given the hotel is next door to Syon Park, and our balcony had 1 chair only - even though photos of the room showed it having 2 and a chair.
