"Rooms were very clean. Parking is not favorable if looking to park in front of the hotel. Additional parking is available in the parking garage on the second level. I will use this hotel as my go to for future Chicago visits."

Our flight arrived super early in the morning and we were allowed to check in earlier than reservation time. The convenience to rental cars and the airport were superb. The price point was competitive to much smaller hotels. I will stay at Sheraton once again when visiting Chicago."

"This property is right by the airport making it very convenient. It is clean with spacious rooms and very comfortable bedding . We missed the free breakfast time but they were so nice and turned the pancake machine back on and made sure we got everything that we asked for😊Also practically in the same parking lot is a McDonald’s a Popeyes and another Italian fast food. This hotel is in an ideal location. I would recommend it …and the price is very reasonable."

"We’ve stayed here 2 times now. The rooms are clean and spacious. The hotel is quiet. It’s nice to have the restaurant right on site. We didn’t use the park n fly option this time, but it was very efficient and affordable when we used it during our last stay."

"It was acceptable, but nowhere near good. I didn’t realize that courtyards do not give free water bottles to Bonvoy members. There was a soap by the sink, but nothing else… no lotion, no shower cap, nothing. Also I found the bathroom door annoying as it did not stay open. It kept closing and made a slight noise when the door jamb hit the socket plate."

"We stayed one night prior to our flight to Italy. Hotel and staff are excellent. Extended parking a total ripoff. Parking is managed by a third party app. Beware. +$500 for a 3-week trip. Crazy."

"The hotel is very old and is not worth the price tag. The staff at the front desk was like they were pulled off the street to work for the day, nobody had a clue. I had to call the front desk from my cell phone, because no one picked up the call from my room. All the electricall sockets hardly worked, The was clean. Breakfast acceptable Parking was free"
