"I had booked a room with 2 queen beds and a pullout bed to accommodate 3 people i had confirmed several time with staff prior to booking that that's what I would have. Upon checking in and confirming at the desk It would be 2 queen's and a pullout I got to the room where there was only 2 queen beds no pullout. "From our late arrival at almost midnight because of flight delays we were met by a very warm and welcoming lady at the front desk. She facilitated our check in so we could rest soonest. We really appreciated that. Our room was very comfortable and spacious. Bathroom very clean! Although everything was very clean we could not help but wonder about the smell of cigarette smoking upon entering our room. They did state 100% no smoking! Breakfast was a pleasant experience. "It said there was a bistro in a bar, and all it was was bar with four stools and some round tables and chairs. That was the bistro the restaurant the bar everything it was terrible. The pool was not clean. I would never recommend this place."
