"Location is great. The staff wonderful and helpful. Some features of the room, however, were a bit problematic. One of the light features in the air conditioning would hit the wall and create a persistent noise. If you’re a light sleeper it may wake you up throughout the night. "I travel a lot, for business and pleasure. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The man that checked us in on Friday June 19th at 3pm was rude. No eye contact, did not ask how many keys we needed, did not direct us to the elevators, zero customer service. The bathroom mirror in our room was broken and dirty, the lights over the bed did not work, we had 2 towels 1 of them was stained, and the body wash in the shower was empty. "everything was great! Stuff was amazing. Check-in was easy room was clean and modern."

"The service personnel were wonderful up to and including taking photos of guests at their request. The rooms were extraordinarily large and well appointed. Our flight arrived super early in the morning and we were allowed to check in earlier than reservation time. The convenience to rental cars and the airport were superb. The price point was competitive to much smaller hotels. I will stay at Sheraton once again when visiting Chicago."

"We stayed one night prior to our flight to Italy. Hotel and staff are excellent. Extended parking a total ripoff. Parking is managed by a third party app. Beware. +$500 for a 3-week trip. Crazy."

"Booked a King size bed. Got up to our room and it was smaller than the standard King size everyone expects when booking that size. Asked the front desk staff and they insisted it was King size. Did some quick measuring and it is in fact a Queen size for every other person in the country and would have been a deciding factor on where I stayed had I known they were truly a Queen being touted as a King.
