One of the light features in the air conditioning would hit the wall and create a persistent noise. If you’re a light sleeper it may wake you up throughout the night. "I travel a lot, for business and pleasure. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The man that checked us in on Friday June 19th at 3pm was rude. No eye contact, did not ask how many keys we needed, did not direct us to the elevators, zero customer service. "We stayed one night prior to our flight to Italy. Hotel and staff are excellent. Extended parking a total ripoff. Parking is managed by a third party app. Beware. +$500 for a 3-week trip. Crazy."

"Booked a King size bed. Got up to our room and it was smaller than the standard King size everyone expects when booking that size. Asked the front desk staff and they insisted it was King size. Did some quick measuring and it is in fact a Queen size for every other person in the country and would have been a deciding factor on where I stayed had I known they were truly a Queen being touted as a King. "Worst place in existence and somehow they overcharge for a room. For the love of God do not stay here. Pay to go anywhere else, please just trust me. I got sick from a black moldy room, they couldn’t switch me out of. Bugs everywhere, the sink was backed up with water. It was disgusting and $200 for a night!!! Do not give them business this place needs to be shut down. They ignored my messages and requests and stole my money too."
