"Great staff and amenities"

"The amenities were top-tier;nthe room was super comfortobale; the staff were exceedingly helpful (I'm so sorry guys, I lost the card with your names on it; they were the four employees working on the morning of Wednesday, Nivember 4th); and the location could not be more ideal."

"Shops and some sightseeing sights within walking distance. Friendly staff! Dislike- lobby is not located in 1st floor."

"Chambres propres, staff hyper réactif et gentil"

"Really good location, close to shops and underground. Lots of Chagee, Heytea, Starbucks nearby. Staff were very helpful. Got a steamer from reception instead of an iron- bit novel. Outside of the building is not appealing but hotel is immaculate."

"The service in China is the best in the world!"

"I would suggest staying here for the excellent service. The staff is really nice and are always there to help. The location is always great. It is right across from the Raffles mall with many stores and entertainment. The train station is also directly in front of the property."

"Great location, but I would not recommend this hotel. The elevators are slow and one was broken. The room only has power while your keycard is in the slot, so everything shuts off when you leave. That was infuriating and exhausting. I'm a paying guest, and I didn't opt into saving a few cents of electricity. The room itself was filthy. The floors were exceptionally dirty and the sheets had a blood stain on them. Shower towels were left by the bathtub, so I kept forgetting them and had to walk...

"Close to everywhere. 24 hr gym and washer/dryer are really bonuses."

"Five- star 👏👏👏 rooms clean, very futuristic. Highly recommended. Front desk is the best."
