"I arrived @Cozy Room during my first visit there and learned my booking had gone into the hotel's spam mail. Subsequently, there was no booking for me and no available rooms.
However, Cozy Room immediately made it right-within 15 minutes they Ubered me, at their expense, to another hotel not too far away. I was heading to Machu Picchu the next morning so I left my luggage at the new hotel to hold until my return. Upon my return, Cozy Room had picked up my luggage and they were waiting for me...
"I really enjoy my staying in Casa Campesina. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The front desk were very helpful especially Lydia, and all the kitchen, housekeeping staff. The breakfast was very good,
They went beyond to serve all the guests. My only suggestion would be to have a small refrigerator in the room and purchase new safety boxes for all rooms.
