"We were very happy with our stay. Beds are very comfortable, and everyone is friendly. There was a full size refrigerator, 2 burner cooktop, WASHER AND DRYER and dishwasher. We were able to eat breakfast in every morning, make lunches to take with us everyday for picnics, and one night bought steaks at the local grocery store and grilled out on the grills by the pool! Such a fun time! So much to do in Kauai - make reservations ahead of time for all the gardens - they sell out. So do a lot...

"Owner Alicia was super sweet. Excellent customer service and helpful. The property was excellent, we got oceanfront so the beach was right out front. Our 4 year old loved the pool. And the room was out dated, which we're ok with. But only complaint is the tv was not working and the coffee machine, which I was really sad about. I never said anything bec I'm not the type to complain and not a huge deal."

"The hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful so kudos to them. The restaurant situation needs work. My first night there all the kitchens were closed which around 6pm, so I had to order take out. Then another night I tried to order room service and it wasn’t available when it was still early the afternoon. Despite those hiccups it was a peaceful stay."

"The place is just okay, but for the price you pay, it gets disappointing: 1. The room does not match their photo on the website, and it's way off. Double-check user-uploaded photos. There is ocean view in the room for sure. 2. Many corners in the room are obviously overlooked by the cleaning staff, and there's thick dust on surfaces like the top of the mirrors, etc. The hair dryer was all clogged with dust? But the front desk staff was helpful and replaced it with a new one after I brought this...

"They were very accommodating. We needed a ground floor room because we were traveling with seniors with physical issues. Everything worked out great and having the full kitchen allowed us to work around some diet restrictions and save a little money. The hot tub jets didn't seem to be working but Everything else was great. Local shopping and the ocean is close."
