"My wife and I had a suite which was very large, but the bathroom was extremely small. Good shower, but the rest of the bathroom was very cramped with only room for one shaving kit. No room for another person’s toiletries. There was a dedicated bedroom and a dedicated sitting area, but no divider between the two. You couldn’t watch tv without waking the other person up. The bed was comfortable. The room just had a lot of wasted space that could have been better utilized. I ordered room service...

"The gentleman that checked us in was so polite and knowledgeable. He ended up offering us a room with a beautiful view. Room was clean and nice. I would have liked to have had a full length mirror in the room, it was hard having the only mirror in the room be in the bedroom."

"When you come close to the property then you realize that you have made a mistake. Its smelly and a bit scary. Entrance was not welcoming. The hallways were dim and scary. "As a frequent traveler, I plan to go back to the hotel. I had an excellent waiter Geoffrey that was very friendly and efficient. The food , room accommodations were excellent.The only thing is you must call ahead of time to reserve a table for the breakfast/ brunch. My suggestion to the front desk is to ask during check in is whether you want to dine there and if so ,to make a reservation. Also, to let people know if there is an event nearby due to changes for pickup for rides, such as an Uber....

"When I arrived late at night, the desk staff gave me a key as usual. One elevator was clearly stuck and there was a crowd so I waited 10 minutes to get to my room only to find it would not open. After trying for 5 minutes (checking my key worked on another door, throwing my body weight into the door twice, messing with the handle), I go back downstairs and there's no one at the desk. I have to wait another 5 minutes for someone to return, and they tell me the particular room they assigned me...
