"Rooms are not well maintained, whole property is dilapidated. People staying here were loud.
Only plus I see is that the location is close to Anchorage airport.
Would not recommend for families with kids."
"Not sure where to start. I’ll start with the positive: the staff was kind. Cons: bathroom door came off the hinges when opening it. When my husband was taking a shower the handle came off in his hand. There was only one towel no wash cloth, no hand towel just one towel for the two of us to share. There was no TV remote and went to call the front desk to find there was no cord to plug the phone in. The shuttle driver brought us a TV remote once we turned it on the speakers were blown so all we heard was muffled static. The staff offered to have us switch rooms which we did. This room was at least equipped with towels and a tv remote but was so stifling hot we had to open the window and door. We turned the thermostat off but the room continued to heat. So we turned the AC on and slept with it set at 64 all night to keep the temperature manageable. The AC was so loud it sounded like a jet was taking off in the room. The next morning I used the shower (this handle stayed on) and as long as you are bald or have short hair it’s fine. The water pressure was pretty much no existent it got me wet but that’s about it. And trying to dry my hair the hair dryer wouldn’t stay on I had to have my husband sit on the toilet and hold the button on so I could somewhat dry my hair. After all this I still had hope, I had read that the breakfast was good. I should’ve known better based on my experience so far. Breakfast was carbs and hard boiled eggs 😞 So sad I paid over $200 ."
"The hotel had 40 guests (ppl) waiting in the lobby to check in. The hotel refused to do early check in for anyone. At 3:50pm the guest in the lobby begin to form a line in front of the desk to wait for 4pm check-in. Once the front desk saw the line forming and was told by the ppl in the line, they wanted to be first to check in then the hotel staff (3:55pm) begin to check in all the ppl in the lobby. I have never seen such disorganization by Hilton"
