"The only issue we had was a shower head that was crusted with hard limestone water. Management replaced the shower head and fixed it, took about an hour. Management apologized for the inconvenience. The ice machine area was very wet but manageable. Maybe ice was spilled, I’m not sure. Otherwise a very clean and nice room. Outside windows need cleaning though. "

I changed for the event I was staying in Kingsport for that evening and went to the front desk to tell them the room was unsatisfactory and that I wouldn’t be staying. I said the room was not clean and the receptionist took the card and said sorry. There were no efforts to change rooms or see how they could make the situation correct. "The hotel room was clean though visibly old. Beds were comfy and mattresses seemed firm and new. Breakfast was minimal with danishes, cereal, or waffles and juice. Overall the value was good. "
