"Stayed with friends and we had fun. Hotel was clean, location was great, breakfast was okay. We spent time outside and poolside which was nice but there was a strong smell of propane that hopefully they figured out as we did tell an employee."

"Very poor cleanliness: there was a cigarette burn on the mattress cover and blood stains on the mattress pad, as well as flakes of dirt. The room smelled of feces. The floor had clearly not been mopped recently. The walls were spattered with an unknown substance in some areas. The room was also in poor repair, with multiple holes in the walls that had been patched extremely poorly. The desk staff was friendly and apologetic about the bedding, however."

"Only marked this hotel down because it's currently undergoing renovations. Some floor trim missing and a few other minor things. Have to say we were pleasantly surprised with the continental breakfast. The breakfast serving area was hidden behind a barn door and was quite spacious and diverse! Bed was comfortable and place was quiet. Kingsport is a spacious community. Many places to eat and coffee shops, plus a mall."

"The “renovation” is poor. Curling wallpaper, old dirty looking carpet and dark elevators. The HVAC will keep you awake and everything happening in the hall sounds to be through a megaphone .. startling noisey."

"It's a great place far as the rooms and cleanliness goes..but we go here for the pool and it says only adults after 10 but they dont enforce this rule and the pool is always full of kids...and Im not being mean I know they have to have time to but they shouldn't be aloud to be in there after 10 lole the rules says...last few times we have went we couldn't even get in the pool it was so full of just kids with the parents setting watching...and its just so loud and wild no way to enjoy the pool for grown ups...I will go back when they enforce the 10pm rule and if your going for the pool and your not under 12 years old I wouldn't suggest it....everything esle is amazing about the hotel"
