"The views are gorgeous, the room comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. If you have sensitive skin be cautious with the hot tub, I reacted to something in the water, but that's not unusual for me, and my husband was fine. A rinse off in the room and some login, and I was fine the next morning."

"My four-night stay at Hotel Don Ernesto La Chimba was wonderful, highlighted by the friendly staff and the absolutely excellent breakfast spread. The location is incredibly peaceful, tucked away in the jungle yet conveniently just 30 minutes from the airport. While some reviewers highlight that the rooms aren't Ritz-Carlton quality, I think it is important to note that the prices certainly reflect that, and the hotel offers tremendous value for an authentic and relaxing stay."
