"This is a lovely hotel in a good location. The room was well appointed and comfortable. The only small issue we had was that there was no place (shelf, cubby, etc.) in the shower at all to place things. Shavers, bars of soap, mirrors all had to be put on the flooe of the shower. The breakfast was quite good and all of the staff could not have been nicer and more helpful."

"This hotel is in a great location in the heart of the old quarter of Bilbao. It’s also within easy walking distance of the museum, along the river, and the main shopping district. We arrived a couple of hours before check-in time and were able to leave our luggage with the reception staff, while we had a walk around Bilbao. "My husband and I had fantastic 4 night stays. The room especially the bathroom is clean and bed is very comfortable. I chose this hotel because of it's location, just few steps to Guggenheim museum. Also, the Old town is walking distance from the hotel. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast daily. The food was delicious and had variety to choose from. "Decent 4 bed room. Sink in room, shower and toilet attached to room on either side. This makes reducing noise and light disturbance for other roomies difficult. Curtain on the bunks resolves the light issue only to a small extent. Noise from the street. Bring ear plugs. Hostel had daily entertainment activities and staff were very helpful. Reasonable buffet breakfast for extra €7. Towel could be rented for €3. Drawers under bed for storage. Bring your own padlock."

"Loud at night (no heavy window shutters to block the noise) due to the square outside, the bathroom door is frosted glass so the whole room illuminates when someone is in there, weird check in process. Location is top though. "
